Unable to open downloaded information
Mediref generally* does not modify files in any way - in their content or their format. If you have downloaded a file that you are unable to open, then you will need to contact the sender and request that they send the file in a different format.
* The one exception to this is if the sender is using our Windows integration, which converts files to PDF (but still does not modify the content in any way). We have yet to come across a computer that cannot handle PDF files, however, if yours cannot, then, as above, you will need to contact the sender to request the file be sent in a different format.
