Restricted file types
For security purposes, the types of files that can be uploaded and sent via Mediref are restricted to the below list:
- bmp
- csv
- dicom*
- doc
- docx
- gif
- jpeg
- jpg
- midi
- mp4
- ogg
- ppt
- pptx
- png
- rtf
- tif
- tiff
- txt
- xls
- xlsx
- zip*
* These file types encompass a range of different MIME types - if you try and upload one of these file types and it fails, then please let us know so that we can determine what exact subset of that type you are trying to send and add support for it.
