How to revoke access to sent correspondence

Mediref gives you the ability to revoke correspondence that has already been sent out. While it is rare that this is needed, there are scenarios where something like this would be helpful. E.g. In the case of a human error where the wrong documents have been sent to the wrong recipient (see here for more details on breach protocols).

In order to revoke access:

  1. Find the correspondence in question (from your 'Sent' page or using the search bar at the top)
  2. For the recipient in question, click on 'Actions'. Note - For multiple recipients, you will need to repeat steps 2 and 3 for each recipient you wish to revoke access for
  3. Click on 'Revoke Access'
