Receiving correspondence from your doctor as a patient

Your doctor or dentist may use Mediref to send your correspondence to you securely. You will receive an email notification that looks like this:

How to access your correspondence

1. Click on the button OR the link in the email (alternatively, you can copy and paste the link into your web browser).
   
2. (OPTIONAL) - Some senders may have added an additional password that you will need to input prior to getting access. If so, the sending practice will have communicated this to you outside of Mediref (either via phone or in person).
   
3. Your correspondence will open, allowing you to view and/or download any messages or attached files within.
