Receiving Correspondence
- Download the documents to you computer by clicking on ‘Download’ for each file sent - you can choose an easily accessible location to do so. E.g. Your desktop
- Open Oasis and navigate to the patient in question. Click on ‘Correspondence’
- Left click in the ‘Incoming Document Selection’ quadrant on the bottom right - it does not matter what folder is currently selected or what files are currently listed there. This will open up a menu. Select the option of 'Add file(s) patient library'
- This will open up a file browser. Navigate to where the documents were saved on step 1 and click 'Open'. Note - You can select multiple documents at once during this step
- You will be asked if you want to delete the original file - we recommend selecting 'Yes' to keep you computer clutter-free. The files in question are already in Oasis at this point, and you also have them on Mediref as a backup.
That's it - all selected documents will be saved to Oasis and listed under the 'Patient Document Library'.
