Receiving Correspondence

  1. Download the documents to you computer by clicking on ‘Download’ for each file sent - you can choose an easily accessible location to do so. E.g. Your desktop
  2. Open Oasis and navigate to the patient in question. Click on ‘Correspondence’
  3. Left click in the ‘Incoming Document Selection’ quadrant on the bottom right - it does not matter what folder is currently selected or what files are currently listed there. This will open up a menu. Select the option of 'Add file(s) patient library'

  4. This will open up a file browser. Navigate to where the documents were saved on step 1 and click 'Open'. Note - You can select multiple documents at once during this step
  5. You will be asked if you want to delete the original file - we recommend selecting 'Yes' to keep you computer clutter-free. The files in question are already in Oasis at this point, and you also have them on Mediref as a backup.

That's it - all selected documents will be saved to Oasis and listed under the 'Patient Document Library'.
