How to revoke access to sent correspondence

Mediref gives you the ability to revoke correspondence that has already been sent out. While it is rare that this is needed, if required, e.g. the wrong document gets sent to the wrong recipient, then this is invaluable as a first step to contain the situation as a part of an incident procedure.


Steps:

  1. Find the correspondence in question (from your 'Sent' page or using the search bar at the top)
  2. For the recipient in question, click on 'Actions'. Note - For multiple recipients, you will need to repeat steps 2 and 3 for each recipient you wish to revoke access for
  3. Click on 'Revoke Access'
