Mediref COVID-19 update - restarting payments
This is a follow up to our announcement freezing all payments on Mediref and providing unlimited use to everyone.
With Australia doing so well in managing the COVID-19 pandemic, and restrictions continuing to ease, Mediref will re-initiate billing from the start of next month (1st June 2020). From a Mediref perspective, this is necessary to allow us to continue supporting the service (our outgoings over this period have not gone down and we have continued to provide full support).
We have addressed any questions you are likely to have below, but please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries you may have.
How does this affect annual plans?
For those on an annual plan whose billing cycle was not during the two free months, you have been credited an amount equal to 2 months so your next payment will be discounted accordingly.
For those on an annual plan whose billing cycle was not during the two free months, you have been credited an amount equal to 2 months so your next payment will be discounted accordingly.
For those on an annual plan whose billing cycle was during the two free months, your annual payment will be processed on the 1st of June, minus a 2 month discount.
My practice is still shut, and we are not currently using Mediref, what are my options?
Contact us and we will transfer your plan to our free plan until you restart your practice and your use of Mediref.
