Automatic uploads folder
With the Mediref integration, you can set up a folder on your computer that Mediref 'watches' - any documents added to this folder will get automatically uploaded to Mediref.
This makes it extremely easy to add documents from programs that have an 'export' button without other easy ways to get documents out (e.g. drag and drop).
Imaging software, for example - simply select the images you are looking to send out and export them to the 'Mediref-Uploads' folder.
Some notes:
- The folder watching feature can be toggled on/off in settings
- Once files are uploaded, they will be moved to a
processedsubfolder automatically - Processed files are moved to the recycle bin after 72 hours (so your computer doesn't keep clogging up) - we assume your imaging software is the central source of truth for the originals. If you require, you need to remove the files from 'processed'.
